Wellness tips for Nigerian moms

Here are 10 tips that will make life easier for you as a mother.
1. Take your children on short walks in the evening, they will be happy, sleep early and you will be fit.
2. Teach your children to eat healthy. Make fruits and vegetables a part of meal time daily.
3. Teach them to drink lots of water (you should too), drop  grapes, berries, citrus fruits in water to encourage them if they aren't too keen on it.


4. Skip the sugar for cereals, instead use fresh and dried fruits as sweeteners, healthy nut (almonds, groundnuts, walnuts) also give an irresistible crunchiness to cereals.
5. Teach your child self confidence: never talk down on them, never compare them with  siblings, friends or neighbours.
