We feel you, in fact, we are you. So we have compiled this list of 3 games most of us played when we were young that if tried now, will help with weight loss and make you happier as you remember the fun times you had growing up playing these games. 1. Hopscotch AKA Suwe  This is a game which combines hops, jumps and a few squats. Play this with friends or children for at least 30 mins and feel the burn.
