Healthy chicken burger

Hi all,
Here's a post on an easy and healthy meal that can be prepared and packed as lunch for children and pre-teens. You can try it too, It's easy to prepare and delish!

Chicken sandwich: Grill one ready (preferably self) made chicken patty,cut and rub a little unsalted butter on a  brown bread bun. Lay a large leaf of cucumber on the bread, put the chicken patty, lay another cucumber leaf on top, add slices of vegetables of your choice. E.g, tomatoes, cucumber, kale, onion, Drizzle on a little mustard eat open or cover with another slice of bun.
There goes your meal.
