What you get
When you sign up for the  course,  you get an initial coaching session during which you discuss your goals and concerns with Olubunmi and your starting statistics are measured and recorded. This is done via Skype or Whatsapp.

Next you get your meal plan, recipe book,  shopping list, daily planner sheet and if needed,  recommended vendors for healthy meals delivery.

You also get your weekly exercise plan.
