Why carrots are good for you

  • Today, we are examining the many benefits of carrots. The yummy, crunchy, juicy , orange (though it can be other colours) root vegetable that is common in Nigeria during dry season.

Carrots can be juiced alone or in smoothies,  eaten alone or with a dip (e.g peanut butter)  as a snack,  can be used in soups and sauces, salads and as a garnish in rice and pasta dishes.

But that's not all about carrots. They are an excellent source of beta carotene and fiber not forgetting Vit A, C,  K, B8, pantothenic acid,  dilate,  potassium, iron,  copper and  manganese.
